The Janus Investigative team has a combined 70 years of investigative experience including insurance fraud, criminal law, interview techniques, homicide investigations, robbery investigations, auto liability, worker's compensation investigations, countermeasures and surveillance techniques.

Discovery

Janus Investigations approached TOVO because they were in need of a website update. They were concerned they may be losing business due to poor page navigation, lack of payment options and the overall look of the website. The colors were muted, their logo was lost within the header, and the page navigation was confusing. They needed online forms for their clients so if needed, they could jump on a case immediately. Furthermore, the original structure of the website had to be maintained to keep the project cost-effective.

Execution

After listening to the client and learning more about their investigative services, we knew their priority was to instill a sense of trust in the user due to the sensitive nature of their work. And, because they work with both individuals and corporations, the updated needed to appeal to both audiences.

Using the original framework of the website, we created a clean, modern look that appealed to both consumers and businesses alike. Strong colors and bold photographs were used while minor color and copy corrections were made throughout the site.

Case Assessment and contact forms were created for users to who needed immediate assistance and general inquiries. Social media links were added along with a link to Janus Investigations' merchant payment processor so they can collect payments from clients or create a case within minutes.

Results

Within days of the website re-launch, Janus Investigations received numerous phone calls and emails complimenting of the site redesign. They are now receiving payments faster than ever, and their website leads have increased significantly.
