1/Listen

First and foremost, we listen to you. Establishing clear communication enables us to develop an in-depth understanding of your business's situation.

2/Proposal

After completing complementary market and competitor research, we devise a detailed plan to help you achieve your business goals and communicate our proposed solutions to you.

3/Initiate

Your proposal is in it's final draft and approved by your project leader. We create an in-house communication plan and work commences.

.Develop

1/Research

We collect information about your competition, your target market, industry standards and anything else we can get our hands on. This allows us to create a strategic marketing campaign that's comprehensive and effective.

2/Sketchbook

All our work is designed in-house. Our conceptual pieces are sketched by hand first, which seems to be a lost art these days. Our design process is unique and hand-crafted for you, and you deserve nothing less.

3/Submission

We submit the project for your approval. Your opinion is important to us. We will tweak the design so that you will rave about it when it's complete.

4/Approval

This is our favorite part of the process! We hit the nail on the head and we're ready to move on with the project.

1/Implement

We roll up our sleeves and get down to brass tacks. Directing and managing the development of the approved design is our specialty.

2/Communication

Maintaining and using our communications plan is imperative to keep your project on budget and on schedule. We wear many hats (designer/director/manager
/communication specialist) but we do what must be done to ensure a successful project launch.

3/Launch

All of projects get delivered somewhere… whether they're emailed to a printer or uploaded to a server. Again, it's a critical stage and we check our work to verify design files are in the correct format for a great end-result.

.Direct

1/Quality

By monitoring the progress of the project, we can verify that we're staying within the scope of your proposal. Change orders may be written, but trust us- changes can be a very good thing.

2/Completion

You will talk wildly about your successful project launch and bid farewell. But not for too long- because we are a full-service creative agency, we will have more projects together in the future.

3/Closure

We love to look at our projects in retrospect to examine our processes. If there's an opportunity for our project management to improve, we'll find it.
