As 2016 comes to a close, it’s time to reflect on business successes, future goals (ideally with a plan in mind), and lessons learned.

What goals did your company set? Sales? Social Media? Training? Did you meet those goals this year? If not, spend time looking at time and money allocations and realign your goals for 2017.
Time: Was your time spent efficiently? Were you working on admin duties when you should have been out promoting your company more? Can you hire someone to take care of day-to-day projects so you can build your network?
Financial: Review your financial plan and tweak it for the new year. Analyze what advertising worked (online and traditional) and what didn’t, adjust, and make the necessary steps forward for 2017.
Marketing: What avenue brought in the most referrals? One step further, from what source did you convert more leads into sales? Review your online marketing and be sure to track where your leads are coming from, and how they converted into sales. Spend time analyzing your data and reconfigure your online marketing accordingly.
Competition: What is your competition doing? Can you implement it into your own marketing plan? Be sure to stay on top of marketing trends and get it implemented before your competitor does. (We can help you with that).
Wellness: We’re big fans of company wellness initiatives. Have resources available for your employees, like providing healthy snacks, various seating options such as yoga balls and standing desks, remote working options and flexible work hours. Company Wellness programs initiates employees cohesiveness, less sick days, lowers medical costs, and creates an overall healthy work environment.
