Terms & Agreements

Authorization: Payments and Terms: Payments will be in US Dollars. Payments are due in advance prior to work commencing. Payment will be accepted via Credit Card through Stripe Subscription. Our plans are month to month, and will automatically renew until client cancels through Stripe. Client will be billed for selected plan regardless of hours used. Unused hours do not roll over into future months. No refunds are issued for unused time. Any additional hours worked will be billed at $75/hour.

Cancellation: Client may cancel subscription for maintenance plans at any time. Unused hours will not be refunded after cancellation but will be available until end of month. We (Provider) reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time for any reason without any prior knowledge and will do so in writing by electronic mail and/or postal letter to the client.

Laws Affecting Electronic Commerce: Client agrees that the Client is solely responsible for complying with such laws, taxes, and tariffs, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Provider and its subcontractors from any claim, suit, penalty, tax, or tariff arising from the Client’s use of Internet electronic commerce.

Domain and Hosting: Client agrees that the Client is solely responsible for keeping domain name and hosting account active throughout our agreement. We are not to be held responsible for tracking domain and hosting renewals by 3rd parties. If Client’s website goes offline, we will assist in getting it back online at an additional fee. Client design and data files will be uploaded per our last backup.

Internet Etiquette: We (Provider) will not design, promote, or attach links to any site that includes adult content, nudity, obscene language or that encourages or promotes intolerance or discrimination of or towards people or peoples of any race, color, sex, creed or religion. Nor will we (Provider) design, promote or attach links to any site that advocates, encourages or practices the exploitation of any group or groups in society, including, and in particular, children, the elderly or the disadvantaged.

Confidentiality: We (Provider) may, during the course of providing services to this contract, have access to, and acquire knowledge regarding materials, data, systems, and other information of or with respect to Client which may not be accessible or known to the general public. Any knowledge acquired by us (Provider) from such materials shall not be used, published or divulged by us (Provider) to any person, firm or outside source without the express written consent of Client.

Server Downtime: Client agrees that We (Provider) is not responsible for revenue lost due to server issues (going offline). Client agrees that they will monitor their company website for downtime. We will work diligently to get the website back online again in case of server issues.

Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information you enter on our site is held in confidence between you and us. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. This privacy statement discloses how the information you provide is used and protected.
