No Long-Term Contracts
All of our WordPress management packages are month-to-month, no long-term contracts required. You can cancel anytime, for any reason, with no cancellation fees or penalties.
As your needs change, you can also upgrade or downgrade your package at any time. Just reach out to our team, and the change will take effect on your next billing cycle.

How many hours of work applies to the monthly packages?
Our Touch package includes 1 hour, our Maintain and Build packages includes 2 hours of monthly website maintenance. These hours are separate from the SEO maintenance that’s already built into the Maintain and Build packages.
Can you help me add pages to my site?
Absolutely. Adding pages, writing copy, researching & editing images and the additional on-page SEO work applied would be considered a custom add-on which requires a custom quote.
How safe is my information?
We take the necessary precautions to protect your sensitive information. We also do not sell or rent your contact information.
Am I stuck in a contract?
Not at all. You can also upgrade or downgrade your website maintenance package at any time. We understand certain industries get busy when ‘season’ hits, and they need all the help they can get. That’s where we can help.
How am I billed each month?
We will charge your credit card on file each month. Please let us know 1 week in advance if you would like to change your package so we may bill accordingly.
My website is coded in HTML. Can you help?
Sure. HTML websites take a little longer to update than CMS websites so it’ll require a custom quote. Please feel free to contact TOVO today and we’ll take a look!
What if I go over my hourly time?
If you have many updates in one month, our maintenance support will inform you of how long the project took to complete, and we’ll add it to your monthly bill. You may want to consider a larger package for the next month.
How do I know how many hours are left in a month?
Please email support@tovomanage.com for your monthly website maintenance package hours used. We’ll always let you know if you go over the allotted time.
What if I need more than just website maintenance?
If you need a website or looking to redesign, we can help. We specialize in mobile friendly content management websites. If you’re looking to refresh your brand, need sales collateral or internet marketing, we can help with that too!
What if I want to cancel service?
Email us at support@tovomanage.com to inform us of your cancellation request. Please submit request at least three (3) days prior to your monthly charge date.
