On Tuesday evening, we were excited to attend the 2016 mARTies Awards.The mARTies are hosted by the Arts Council of Martin County and honor “outstanding artistic, voluntary and philanthropic achievement in Martin County which inspire a passion for and participation in the arts in our community”.
The award ceremony took place at St. Mary’s Pittenger Center for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres then moved inside for the award presentation and performances by professionals and student artists.
Funds raised at the mARTies help the Art Council promote and support the art community in Martin County.
